Connor Guy Named Second Team All-Citrus Conference

--Daytona Beach, FL

Following the Citrus Conference postseason meeting Daytona State had one player named to the All-Conference team. Freshman Connor Guy was named a second team outfielder. Guy played in 44 games posting a .368 batting average. The Keystone Heights alum spent most of the time hitting lead off for the Falcon offense and started every game in center field. 

Guy's best stretch included a nine-game hitting streak that spanned 29 at bats hitting .448. He hit two triples, one double and seven runs batted in over the nine games. 

Connor was also named to the Citrus Conference Gold Glove team posting a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage over 90 total chances.
