Falcons to Host ASA College in Region 8 Play-In Match

The Falcons, now 10-2-3 on the season and 2-2-2 in Region 8, landed the #3 seed in the Region 8 Tournament and will host ASA College on Saturday the 20^th at 6:00 P.M. for the Region 8 Play-In Match.

Though this is not where head coach Bart Sasnett saw his team going into the tournament, he will as always prepare them to face whatever obstacles come their way. The Falcons found themselves in the #3 seed by tying ASA College 2-2 on the 10^th and by losing to Eastern Florida State College 2-0 this past Saturday night.

"Obviously our goal is to always finish as the #1 seed, but this just goes to show how tough our region is," said Sasnett. "We are going to take this tournament game-by-game and do what we can to get the outcome we want."

The Falcons will host ASA College on Saturday the 20^th at 6:00 P.M at the Daytona State College Soccer Complex. The winner will advance to face Eastern Florida State College at their field on the 23^rd, with the winner of that match traveling to Pembroke Pines to face Region 8 Regular Season champion Broward College for the Region 8 Final. Times are to be determined.

1^st - Broward College

2^nd - Eastern Florida State College

3^rd – Daytona State College

4^th – ASA College (Miami)
