Women’s Soccer Adds Jimmy Angeles to Coaching Staff
Daytona Beach, FL – Women’s Soccer has added Jimmy Angeles to the coaching staff as a Talent Identification Assistant, announced head coach Hope Clark.
“Jimmy is a great addition to our coaching staff,” said Clark. “He brings a wealth of experience in the college and club coaching fields, and he shares in our vision and culture perfectly.”
Angeles comes to Daytona State College most recently from Polk State College and Southeastern University where he served as the program’s recruiting coordinator. He currently serves as a coach and college recruiting coordinator for Florida Kraze Krush ECNLR teams and soccer club in addition to being the head girl’s coach at Timber Creek High School.
“Our program and the soccer community are going to benefit from having Jimmy here,” added Clark. “We have had a great relationship throughout the recruiting process since I started here at Daytona State in 2021. He has helped bring some amazing talent to our program from the central Florida area.”
Most recently, Angeles served as the recruiting coordinator for Polk State College and helped them earn their first ever National Tournament Bid in the 2022 season.
Angeles played college soccer at Middlesex Community College and was a member of the Peruvian U17 and U15 National Teams.
