Bio
Kaylee Hiser joined the Daytona State College volleyball staff in 2025 as an assistant coach. She comes to the Falcons from Heidelberg University, where she served as a graduate assistant coach while earning her Master of Business Administration. During her time at Heidelberg, Hiser was actively involved in recruiting, game planning, scouting, and team operations.
A native of Ohio, Hiser was a four-year starting libero at Lake Erie College (NCAA Division II), where she earned Academic All-Conference honors each season. Her coaching experience also includes club coaching with Black Swamp Volleyball Club and head JV coaching responsibilities.
Hiser brings a strong background in leadership, defense, and player development to Daytona State and is passionate about building strong team culture both on and off the court.
